How might we address the Defense Department’s recruiting crisis while empowering our evacuated partners — the elite Afghan Female Tactical Platoon — who are eager to serve their new home and bring unique knowledge, skills, and attributes that would benefit the U.S. Armed Forces?

She Serves — Evolved from ALLTRU’S Sisters of Service Mentorship Program, established in 2021 following the evacuation of our Afghan partners, She Serves empowers these women - alongside other fearless leaders - as they embark on careers in our Nation’s Armed Forces. This next phase of mentorship cultivates the next generation of leaders. Our inaugural cohort is underway!
